A 67-year-old male with intermittent claudication of the right lower limb for 1 month. There was occlusion and significant stenosis in the proximal and middle superficial femoral arteries, respectively. An aneurysmal dilatation was found immediately after significant stenosis. DSA was performed within twenty-nine days. Panel a shows the DSA image and Panel b shows the maximum intensity projection CTA image
