The paired comparisons of quantitative parameters between two hemispheres in Parkinson’s disease(PD) patients. The mean T2* value (A) and mean QSM value (B) in unilateral STN showed significant differences between contralateral and ipsilateral hemispheres in regard to the clinically dominant side among PD patients.
