(c) 2 point: The mass penetrated the gastric wall, with blood vessels around the tumor lesion, but vascular lumen was normal and there was no tumor density shadow inside the lumen (white arrow). (d) 3 point: The mass presented as nodular extension to the blood vessels surrounding the stomach, with slight dilation of the affected vessels and filling defects seen within (white arrow).
