A 46-year-old male patient undergoing cancer screening. One incidental focal 18F-FDG uptake in the rectum was observed on common PET/CT (A, C-D). Two intraluminal nodules with 18F-FDG uptake in the rectum and sigmoid were detected on WE-PET/CT (B, E-F and I-J). The colonoscopy and pathological analysis confirmed tubulovillous adenoma of the rectum (K, L) and tubular adenoma with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasias of the sigmoid (M, N)
