Strain elastography image demonstrates that the lesion was scored 4 before NAC. b The area ratio of this lesion before NAC are 247% c The strain ratio of this lesion before NAC are 13.1. After surgery, pathological analysis showed only a few scattered tumor cells remained in the breast. This patient was found to have brain metastasis after a follow-up of 24 months
