The example of doctors and VB-Net marked the Cobb angle measurement results using the line-fitting method. The green and blue lines represent the final results marked by the two doctors, and the red line is the result of VB-Net. The cases in Figures a-d are highly consistent with the doctors’ standard, and good results can still be obtained in the presence of vertebral osteophytes and ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament. Figures e-h show the cases where there is a significant difference between VB-Net and manual measurement, mainly due to bone hyperplasia, sclerosis, and osteophytes
