A 4-year-old girl with COVID-19 pneumonia who presented with a low-grade fever. a The initial chest radiograph shows bilateral peribronchial thickening, predominantly in the right lower lung field. The severity scoring in this patient was calculated as the sum of the right lung scores and the left lung scores (total scores = 2 + 1 = 3). b On day 6 of admission, the radiographic evaluation reveals an almost complete resolution of the infiltrative lung involvement. The follow-up severity score in this patient was calculated as the sum of the right lung scores and the left lung scores (total scores = 1 + 0 = 1). COVID-19, coronavirus disease-19
