Enhanced CT showed full-thickness involvement of the gastric wall with the involvement of the surrounding fat space, increased density of the surrounding fat space, and visible cord shadow. The postoperative pathology showed vascular tumor thrombus was positive. Multiple liver metastasis occurred 18 months after radical surgery
