A 36-year-old male patient with ERMS. a T1-weighted, bc T2-weighted, and d T1-weighted fat-suppressed postcontrast images show an irregular soft tissue mass (triangle) in both ethmoid sinuses. The size of the mass is 5.1 × 5.1 × 5.4 cm3 and the margin is ill-defined. Mucosal invasion of maxillary sinus (thin white arrow) and skull involvement (thin black arrow) can be seen. After contrast enhancement, the mass is enhanced moderately and heterogeneously, and botryoid enhancement with multiple small rings (thick arrow) can be seen
