CCRCC WHO/ISUP 2016 nuclear grade III with left renal vein and inferior vena cava tumor thrombus (short arrow). A bland thrombus(long arrow) was observed at the distal end of the tumor thrombus, the lower margin reached the left common iliac vein. It was the same case as Fig. 1d
