Unenhanced axial CT image (2 A) shows a hypodense lesion in spleen. On contrast-enhanced CT images(arterial phase:2B and portal phase:2 C), the lesion shows progressive and centripetal enhancement. The lesion shows hypointensity on T2WI(2D) and DWI(2E), with central more hypointense scars.
