For meniscus and cartilage, mean and SD of the signal intensity of each structure is described. Diff(Cart – Meni) represents the difference in signal intensity of cartilage and meniscus. SDs are expressed as their mean and CNRs are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation. p values are shown for the comparison of CNR and the p values that indicate significant differences are shown in bold
