There was no interstitial fibrosis in the C group from week 0 to 12 and the I, D, and DI groups at week 0. A small amount of blue stained interstitial fibrosis was observed in renal cortex in the I and D groups at week 8 and 12 and the DI group at week 8. At week 12, the area of blue stained interstitial fibrosis in the DI group was larger than those in the I and D groups
