Acinic cell carcinoma. A 10-year-old female with a painless and slowly growing palpable parotid mass on the right side (white arrows) with the clinical suspicion of a lateral neck cyst. Axial T1-w MRI (A) shows a well-defined lesion in the right parotid gland relatively hypointense to the parotid tissue. The lesion is only slightly brighter than the parotid tissue in the axial T2-w (B) MR image. There is some heterogeneous enhancement on the T1-w fat sat MRI after administration of contrast (C)
