Acinic cell carcinoma. A 10-year-old female with a painless and slowly growing palpable parotid mass on the right side (white arrows) with the clinical suspicion of a lateral neck cyst. Axial T1-w MRI (A) shows a well-defined lesion in the right parotid gland relatively hypointense to the parotid tissue.
