Overview of the image registration pipeline. Intensity-based registration is used to generate rigid, 3D transformation matrices that transform binary masks from the high-resolution CT scans to each frame of the dynamic CT dataset. Anatomical landmarks chosen in the high-resolution image space by each rater are also transformed to each dynamic CT frame using the same rigid transformation
