Twelve year old male with epilepsy brain axial MRI (T2/FLAIR) (A and B respectively) demonstarting subcortical white matter T2/FLAIR hyperintensity with a broad base towards the bottom of sulcus and tapering towards the lateral ventricle. The overlying gyrus appears dysplastic with local widening of the subarachnoid space. These findigs were highly sugestive of Focal Cortical Dysplasia
