  1. Count data (sex, location, Histological grade, T stage, N stage) were analyzed by using Chi-squared test. CEA and Infiltration depth were showed as medians (IQR 25–75) and analyzed by Mann–Whitney test. Age, CIR and Ki67 expression was analyzed by ANOVA test
