SPECT/CT demonstrated a RTT lesion with high-uptake and soft tissue nodule, adjacent to the thyroid right lamina (region IV). The images (d CT; e SPECT; f fusion) were obtained from a 15-year-old woman with FTC, who underwent total thyroidectomy 2 months ago.
