In those cases, where reperfusion was diagnosed via DSA, application of MARA increased the detection of reperfusion. Eight out of ten cases of reperfusion were diagnosed correctly after application of MARA, whereas only 6 cases were diagnosed in the images without MARA. Additionally there were 2 cases, in which reperfusion should have been detected but images without MARA were not diagnostic
