  1. Sensitivity, specificity and accuracy calculate to 83.3%, 78.0% and 79.0%, respectively. For the evaluation of the second-reading the following rules were applied: If both examiners agreed that a scan was suspicious, the evaluation was considered “positive”. If both examiners agreed that a scan was unsuspicious or disagreed and only one examiner regarded the scan as unsuspicious, the evaluation was considered “negative”.
