The net benefit was calculated by subtracting the proportion of all patients who are false positive from the proportion who are truly positive, weighting by the relative harm of forgoing treatment compared with the negative consequences of unnecessary treatment. DCA indicated that if the threshold probability of a lesion for diagnosis as ORN is > 12%, in this case, using the radiomics nomogram to diagnose ORN adds net benefit than either the treat-all-patients scheme or the treat-none scheme. For example, if the threshold probability is 50%, then the net benefit is 0.147 when using the radiomics nomogram to make a decision
