Reconstructed fat, water, fat fraction and segmented images from a cine Dixon scan. The fat fraction was calculated as the proportion of fat signal relative to water signal for each voxel. The manual segmentation indicated by the purple pixels within the green region-of-interest was performed using the fat fraction image and involved tracing the outer border of the epicardial fat. All cine timeframes were used to support the segmentation process. However, segmentation was only performed in a single timeframe, corresponding to the single phase time frame
