From: The segmentation of bones in pelvic CT images based on extraction of key frames
Schematic diagram of pelvic bone segmentation. The method consists of four parts: pre-processing of the CT image, key frame extraction, interactive marking and the watershed algorithm based on skeleton markers. After pre-processing, some CT images are selected as key frames. Experts manually add or remove marker points to realize the segmentation of key frames. The segmentation results of key frames will be used to segment other CT images
