Table 3 The table shows the age adjusted incidence and mortality rates per 100,000 and 5-years relative survival of all cancer, lung cancer, malignant melanoma, colon cancer and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in Norway and each county in northern Norway. The figures are based on data from the Norwegian Cancer Registry for 2009–2013 [17]
