Change in label agreement as a function of the number of atlases. Increasing the number of atlases results in an asymptotic increase in the mean label agreement between labels assigned manually and by Mindboggle. The error bars extend one standard deviation about the mean. Data from the first group of subjects alone are in green and from the second group alone are in magenta.
