Table 4 Comparing slopeA, slopeB and slopeC. The average and standard deviation of the area under the ROC curve (A z ) are presented for each of the slopes used in the fractal analysis for all regions of interest. A significant difference was found between slopeA and slopeC in the circular profile, however when all the profiles were compared, no significant differences were found.
