The different marks represent each group: propofol (white), dexmedetomidine (blue), sevoflurane (yellow), and isoflurane (purple). The PCA scores plot revealed that the differences between anesthetized groups decreased with time. The effect of propofol and dexmedetomidine resolved by the 24-h time-point; however, the effect of sevoflurane and isoflurane persisted (B).
