Here the summed functional images demonstrate the transplant kidney showing normal perfusion and function with excretion of radiotracer into the renal collecting system and a focal collection mimicking the urinary bladder (arrows). There is a vertically oriented accumulation of radioactivity inferior to the pelvis (arrow head).
